At any given time, not all of the books reviewed here will be listed as being "in print," but that need not deter you if you are interested in reading or purchasing them. For borrowing, check out your local community, college, or university library, all of which will have many titles that are "out of print." For purchasing, there are now many used, antique, and out of print book services available via the web, and depending on your location, you may have a good used or antiquarian book dealer in your town. A brief plea: Please consider making your purchases elsewhere than the conglomerates, be they virtual or storefront. Most of the books reviewed here would never have made it to the hands of an audience without independent bookstores, and independents allow a community to have stores that reflect the individual needs of that community. There are at least three choices for socially conscious purchasing, and I've included a few examples:
